1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the santai44.one website and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies fully and comprehensively to all aspects of platform use.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or business entity, you also represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. In such cases, "you" refers to that entity.

santai44 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any amendments is considered acceptance of the revised terms. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account at santai44, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban imposed by any authority
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration
• Not hold more than one active account on the santai44 platform

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration, including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number and email address. santai44 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request appropriate supporting documents.

Each individual is only permitted one account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, identity or device is a violation of these terms and may result in the freezing or closure of all accounts involved, as well as forfeiture of any existing balances.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the santai44 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are carried out through supported payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes once your request has been verified and all required security checks are completed.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. santai44 does not permit the transfer of funds to third parties. If this condition is violated, the transaction will be cancelled and further action may be taken against the account concerned.

• You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers
• santai44 reserves the right to suspend or reject suspicious withdrawal requests for investigation purposes
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to other players through any method
• Any attempted fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities

4 Bonus and Promotions Policy

santai44 offers various bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms. The first welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus value received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM120, your account balance becomes RM220 and you need to place total bets of RM1,800 (RM120 × 15) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Additional terms relating to bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses may not be used together with other promotional offers unless clearly stated
• santai44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or by abusing the promotions system
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; bonuses will expire if the requirements are not fulfilled
• Wagering on different games may contribute differently towards meeting the wagering requirements

5 Game Rules and Betting

All games provided on the santai44 platform use a random number generator (RNG) system that has been certified by an independent auditing body. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of verifiable technical errors.

You agree that any winnings or losses resulting from the use of the santai44 platform are entirely your own responsibility. The santai44 platform is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users.

Prohibited activities on the platform include:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play or place bets
• Any form of collusion between players to exploit games or the bonus system
• Using technical methods to alter game outcomes or manipulate the system
• Betting using funds obtained illegally or for money laundering purposes
• Sharing your account with other players or allowing others to use your account

santai44 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious gaming activity and suspend accounts for the purpose of investigation. If a violation is proven, santai44 reserves the right to confiscate winnings obtained through illegitimate means and permanently close the account in question.

6 santai44 VIP Programme

The santai44 VIP Programme is designed to reward loyal members of our platform. The programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with benefits that increase with each tier.

Each VIP tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0% of total weekly wagers. VIP tier advancement depends on a member's activity and loyalty on the platform.

santai44 reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits or terms of the VIP Programme at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website or by email to affected VIP members.

7 Privacy and Personal Data Protection

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction that regulates santai44's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Before initiating any arbitration proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days from the date of written notice of the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
